The central essence of Tibetan Mantras is that they help an individual to call upon the divine power of Buddha, helping him/her achieve spiritual enlightenment. Thus, Tibetan Mantras can prove to be significantly helpful in finding peace and an even better meaning to life. At the heart of these mantras lies love, compassion and forgiveness, something that may not have been fully integrated into the western lifestyle.
